Qualifications

• Proven work experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
• Proficiency with relevant software, including project management, communication, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and workflow optimization: Implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise employees, set performance expectations, and provide coaching to motivate and develop staff.
• Performance and quality control: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics (KPIs), and ensure all products and services meet quality standards.
• Crossfunctional coordination: Facilitate collaboration between different departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Compliance and regulation: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Resource and inventory management: Oversee the procurement of materials, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
