Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to support growth and improve profitability
• Manage all business aspects within the site
• Develop annual program plans with clear objectives and targets
• Maintain profit margins and implement internal controls
• Monitor revenue margins and staff evaluation guidelines
• Review financial data and adjust budgets for profitability
• Allocate regional budgets and deploy resources effectively
• Ensure operations continuity and recovery via regular reporting
• Provide client reports on operational performance to stakeholders
• Assess staff performance and identify staffing needs in the region
• Report activities to superiors and propose improvements
• Evaluate procedures for efficiency and implement updates
• Build and motivate a strong management team
• Align staff and resources to achieve program goals
• Develop policies, rules, and forms for programs
