You will develop strategies to improve patient access and shape payer interactions across national and local government, health technology assessors, and providers. You will collaborate across commercial, medical, regulatory, and HEOR teams, lead stakeholder programs, monitor policy developments, and represent the company in multi-stakeholder initiatives to advance patient-centred access

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, health policy, public health, life sciences, law, business, or related field.
• Advanced degree in public policy, health economics, public health, law, or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access and government affairs strategies that support access to innovation and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and local government, payers, health technology assessors, and public agencies.
• Translate policy and payer insights into practical recommendations for commercial, medical, regulatory, and HEOR teams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement programs, public-private partnerships, and evidence-based advocacy campaigns.
• Monitor policy, reimbursement, and regulatory developments and provide timely risk and opportunity briefings to senior leadership.
• Represent GSK in industry forums and multi-stakeholder initiatives to advance patient-centred access solutions.
