Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines seeks an experienced Market Access Manager to develop strategies that improve access to priority healthcare products across channels.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify access barriers and translate insights into practical, evidence-based strategies. This role requires deep knowledge of the Philippine healthcare landscape and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health, life-science, or business field required.
• 5+ years in Sales/Marketing; 5–8 years in Market Access or related areas preferred.
• Strong understanding of Philippine healthcare landscape and access pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies aligned with portfolio and business objectives.
• Identify access barriers across products, channels, and geographies.
• Support pricing, reimbursement, and institutional access initiatives with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with government, hospitals, procurement bodies, and payers.
• Monitor policy developments and generate timely recommendations.
• Translate clinical and economic information into compelling value messages.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance on access readiness for launches.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governance standards.
