Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• Clear communication in English and Filipino for patient-focused discussions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across territory.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and CRM systems for planning and reporting.
• Commitment to local laws, codes and company policies in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists and local stakeholders through regular in‑person and digital engagement.
• Use scientific knowledge and local treatment guidance to make patient‑focused, evidence‑based recommendations.
• Develop and execute territory plans using data and customer insight to prioritise visits and opportunities.
• Deliver sales and service objectives while tracking performance and adjusting plans as needed.
• Work closely with cross‑functional colleagues to ensure patients benefit from appropriate care and a consistent customer experience.
• Keep accurate records, follow local laws and company standards, and manage samples, expenses and inventory responsibly.
