New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation is seeking a Market Access Manager to develop and execute access strategies that secure timely, sustainable access for our products in the Philippines.

The role translates stakeholder requirements, pricing, reimbursement, and procurement dynamics into practical commercial plans while ensuring compliance with local laws and industry codes. Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' sales and marketing managerial experience.
• Typically 5 years of relevant experience in market access, pricing/reimbursement, institutional business, government affairs, commercial strategy, healthcare consulting, or related field.
• Experience in the Philippine pharmaceutical or healthcare environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally on strategic or commercial projects.
• Experience engaging institutional, payer/healthcare financing, government, procurement, or healthcare stakeholders preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial practices, healthcare systems, procurement, access dynamics, and compliance requirements.
• Strong capability in market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement, data analysis, project management, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop Market Access Strategy and Planning.
• Lead in Pricing, Reimbursement and Value Strategy.
• Develop and maintain a stakeholder map covering government agencies, institutions, healthcare and financing stakeholders, procurement organizations, hospital groups, and other access decision-makers.
• Monitor developments in Philippine healthcare policy, reimbursement, procurement, pricing, public health programs, and related access developments.
• Embed market access requirements into launch planning from early development through commercialization.
• Ensure all market access activities comply with Philippine laws, regulations, industry codes, company policies, and approved procedures.
