Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in Philippine payment industry or BPO sector with strong network.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Deep understanding of cross-border fund collection and payment needs of local Philippine enterprises.
• Business-level proficiency in Tagalog and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline and convert efficiently.
• Gain insights into clients' pain points in cross-border payment collection, currency exchange, and payouts; provide tailored solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, industry associations, and relevant providers.
• Develop diverse customer acquisition channels (online, events, affiliates, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
• Regularly report sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to management.
• Monitor payment regulations, competitive landscape, and industry trends in the Philippines.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to product/marketing teams.
