Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Makati, Philippines seeks a seasoned eCommerce leader to maximize revenues across levi.com, marketplaces and social channels. You will develop sales strategies, manage warehousing/fulfillment partners, and optimize conversions through UX/UI collaboration with partners.

You will monitor KPIs, negotiate budgets, and leverage consumer data to drive growth, reporting to the SEA eCommerce Lead.

Qualifications

5+ years driving eCommerce business
Strong business judgment and decision-making
Hands-on with stakeholder management & data analysis
Outstanding project management skills
Highly developed collaboration across departments
Experience in Digital Marketing and optimization
Able to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

Maximize revenues across Philippines ecommerce sites (levi.com, marketplaces, social) and profitability
Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies
Accountable for e‑commerce KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin, inventory
Manage the ecommerce enabler for warehousing/fulfillment and storefronts on marketplaces
Coordinate with third-party for brand.com UX/UI to increase conversions
Negotiate ecommerce marketing & third-party budgets and monitor ROI
Grow ecommerce market share with third-party providers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive growth
Analyze consumer data and performance against traffic and spend goals
Report to SEA eCommerce Lead
