Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is expanding its Philippine operations with an Accounting Manager role located in/on-site at multiple offices. You will work with US leadership, oversee full-cycle accounting, GAAP reporting, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple accounting engagements for US clients.
• Coordinate with US Client Account Managers (CAMs).
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Review general ledger accounts, workpapers, and financial data.
• Deliver accurate weekly and month-end reports; review financial statements for timely submission.
• Drive improvements in accounting systems, processes, and controls.
• Coach and mentor junior accounting professionals.
• Take on broader leadership as the team and client portfolio expand.

Work Setup: Onsite - Baguio City or Tuguegarao City or Angeles City, Pampanga

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (PH Time)

Your Role & Impact

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Background in public accounting, restaurant, or retail industry is a strong advantage
• CPA license is not required
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
• Willing to work a US-aligned schedule (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at:
  • 2nd Floor, AD Taccad Building, Enrile Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, or
  • Abanao Square Mall, Baguio City, or
  • Marquee Mall, Angeles City, Pampanga
