Job summary

Accountalent is seeking a Client Services Lead in the Philippines to oversee client relationships, reporting quality, and team performance across multiple engagements. You will guide onboarding, coordinate with the bookkeeping team, and drive improvements using automation and AI tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in US bookkeeping or accounting, with 3+ years in a leadership role, and a strong GAAP background. CPA preferred; this role is onsite in a fast-growing firm embracing innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA is preferred.
• Solid foundation in GAAP and financial reporting.
• Minimum 5 years US bookkeeping/accounting or financial services experience; 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client services to deliver accurate financial reporting and insights.
• Coach and develop bookkeeping teams; manage multiple client portfolios.
• Ensure on-time service delivery, onboarding, and adherence to standards.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI adoption across engagements.
