Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Government Procurement Reform Act (RA 9184) and standard public bidding procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and navigating online portals.
