Peniton Trading is hiring a Bidding Specialist for private accounts and government projects in Caloocan. You will generate and manage sales opportunities, prepare quotations and bidding documents, and build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

The role requires experience in sales, knowledge of government bidding processes and PhilGEPS, and proficiency in MS Office, social media management, Lazada, and basic photo editing.

Qualifications

• 4 years graduate of any business related course.
• Experience in sales, preferably in government bidding.
• Knowledge of government bidding processes and PhilGEPS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and written skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge in managing social media accounts, website, and Lazada account.
• Basic photo editing for product posting and marketing.
• Willing to do field work and travel as required.
• Pleasing personality and professional work attitude.
• Willing to be assigned in Camarin, Caloocan City.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales opportunities for private clients and government projects.
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, proposals and bidding documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Monitor and participate in government bidding opportunities (PhilGEPS).
• Manage and create content for social media accounts (Facebook, etc.).
• Handle and update the company website and Lazada account (product posting, updates and inquiries).
• Perform basic editing of product photos for online posting and marketing.
• Coordinate with the team for order processing, delivery and after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
