Job summary

You will handle technical support tasks, assist with third-party claims processing, and stay current on product knowledge while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1–5 years in Software Support Technician in a call center environment.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with pharmacy software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming support tickets and phone calls.
• Triage tickets related to pharmacy software functionality and features.
• Explain pharmacy and technical concepts clearly to users of varying expertise.
• Troubleshoot, test, and document potential software bugs for Tier IV SMEs.
• Guide users through third-party claims processing, including insurance and Medicaid.
• Stay informed about latest pharmacy software features and workflows.
• Collaborate with team to deliver comprehensive customer support.
• Deliver empathetic, professional customer service and build strong relationships.
