Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming support tickets and calls.
- Triage tickets related to pharmacy software functionality and features.
- Explain pharmacy and technical concepts clearly to users of varying expertise.
- Troubleshoot, test, and document potential software bugs for SMEs.
