Job summary

BOIE Incorporated is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to manage key accounts, including chain drugstores and wholesalers in Cebu City. You will develop account-specific sales plans, lead promotional activities, and execute campaigns to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will build rapport with buyers, coordinate with supply chain teams, prepare regular sales reports, and travel within the assigned area to address clients’ needs and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
• With minimum of 2 years of experience in key account or sales, preferably pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts (chain drugstores & wholesalers).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and supply chain teams.
• Builds good rapport with clients and addresses their concerns professionally.
• Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to achieve targets.
• Lead promotional activities and evaluate trade campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain account records.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.
