Job summary

Organica Nutrition in Cebu City is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to grow key accounts across pharmacy chains, modern trade, and distributors. You will drive listings, product introductions, and joint business plans to achieve revenue targets.

With a minimum of 3 years in KAM and FMCG experience, you will manage multi-location accounts (Cebu–Bohol), build strong client relationships, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance to execute promotions and ensure timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management.
• Experience handling pharmacy chains, modern trade, or distributor accounts is preferred.
• Background in FMCG or consumer health is an advantage.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts (pharmacy chains, modern trade, distributors).
• Drive product listings, new product introductions, and SKU expansion.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, promotions, and in-store activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales, financial performance, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics) for execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and customer database updates.
• Track competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Achieve KPIs: revenue, profitability, service levels, and collection targets.
• Manage credit and ensure timely payment collections.
