Qualifications

• No experience required, but experience in pharmacy setting is a plus.
• Proven experience dealing with drugstores and LGUs is an advantage.
• Direct experience with open-market medicines is a plus.
• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and highly adept at using Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and data management.
• Must be a resident of Mandaue City Cebu or a nearby area.
• Willing to perform both field-based sales visits

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and acquire new accounts, including drugstores, hospitals, doctors, LGUs, and clinics across the region.
• Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling strategies and techniques.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire pharmaceutical catalog, focusing on bulk packaging and wholesale pricing structures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and promotions.

Qualifications:

• A college degree in any relevant field is a significant advantage.
• No experience is required, but proven experience in a pharmacy setting or dealing with drugstores and LGUs is a definite plus.
