Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Business Development Representative for its Ortigas, Pasig City onsite team. You will proactively call pharmacies, qualify leads, manage the full sales cycle, and nurture relationships to drive upsell and renewals.

You will present our websites to show growth opportunities and log all activity in ERP/CRM, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or outbound sales.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Experience using ERP/CRM and Zoho preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call pharmacies to introduce client's websites and qualify leads.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain relationships with customers to identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
• Deliver product presentations showing how websites support growth.
• Record activities and opportunities in ERP/CRM; prepare quotes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while upholding brand standards.
