Job summary

OpenText in the Philippines is seeking an HRSS Specialist (Benefits PH) to deliver compliant benefits services across the country. You will act as the subject-matter expert for government-mandated and company-sponsored programs, ensuring accurate enrollments and data integrity.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and vendors to optimize processes, while ensuring compliance with local laws and delivering excellent employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and benefits.
• Ability to handle benefits transactions with accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational expert for Philippine benefits administration, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and company programs.
• Manage end-to-end benefits lifecycle: enrollments, updates, changes, terminations, with compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Technology, vendors and providers to ensure seamless processes.
• Provide guidance to employees on benefits policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational challenges, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Support process optimization, knowledge management, and quality audits.
• Assist regional HR operations initiatives and collaborate with APJ partners.
