Responsibilities

• Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
• Prepare and submit government reports and ensure timely remittances.
• Handle employee registrations, updates, loans, and benefit claims.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and government contributions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
