Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Philippines benefits administration, compensation and benefits, payroll, or a closely related HR function.

Responsibilities

• Administer company-sponsored and statutory benefits end-to-end (HMO, group life, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), enrollment, renewal and claims.
• Liaise with third-party vendors, healthcare providers, and government agencies to resolve employee concerns and stay compliant.
• Process and submit documentation for new hires, resignations, loans, and maternity/sickness claims; monitor payroll inclusion.
