KMC Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead to oversee financial, tax, payroll, and compliance operations for our Philippine entity within a multinational Shared Services environment. You will ensure compliance with local standards and coordinate with regional teams.

You will manage month-end close, payroll governance, regulatory reporting, and audits, while leading a team and maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and CPA strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for Philippine entity.
• Oversee payroll administration and statutory remittances.
• Manage corporate income tax, VAT, and other taxes.
• Ensure BOI compliance and incentive reporting.
• Coordinate statutory reporting with SEC, BIR, LGUs, and auditors.
• Lead relationships with external service providers.
• Provide guidance to local finance staff and regional teams.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations.
