Qualifications

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience handling Philippine/local entity accounting.
• Experience in shared services, GBS, BPO, or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting and statutory compliance.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounting team and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting reports.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with local employees, external auditors, and global finance teams.
• Monitor team KPIs/SLAs and ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Support internal controls, audits, and accounting process improvements.
