Job summary

KMC Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a senior accounting professional to oversee day-to-day finance operations for the Sydney-based team, ensuring accurate AR/AP, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

The role partners with executive leadership, supports forecasting, and drives process improvements across ERP systems while ensuring AU/NZ compliance and robust financial reporting.

Qualifications

• CPA credential required.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in general accounting, including end-to-end AR and AP management.
• Strong background in AU/NZ accounting standards and compliance; US GAAP is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP/accounting systems and reporting tools.
• Month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting operations including AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and GL maintenance.
• Prepare month-end journals, P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis.
• Assist external accountants with year-end statements and tax returns.
• Support systems/process improvements and implementation of new software/tools.
• Provide ad hoc reporting/analysis and assist with audit documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and provide admin support as needed.
