Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate accounting, compliance, and timely reporting. You will oversee daily operations, lead AR, billing, tax filing, and month-/year-end closes, while implementing robust controls and process improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements, with excellent analytical, leadership, and Excel skills to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Philippine taxation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate recording, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable, Billing/Invoicing and Collections.
• Review journal entries, invoices, billings, schedules, and supporting documents.
• Monitor month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and government reports.
• Monitor compliance with BIR and other government requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting controls and procedures.
• Supervise and train receivable, billing and collection personnel.
