Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Manager, Sub-Distributors (Pets) to drive growth through strategic partnerships and commercial excellence in the Philippine pet healthcare market.

You will lead JBPs, negotiate with sub-distributors, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize route-to-market, ensure compliance, and deliver sustained sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field; veterinary-related degrees are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in sales/commercial/account management, with at least 3 years in distributor or channel management.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management, route-to-market, forecasting, and commercial execution.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with sub-distributors to meet sales and growth targets.
• Lead distributor performance management through reviews, forecasting, and corrective actions.
• Define channel strategies, route-to-market initiatives, and coverage plans.
• Manage negotiations, contracts, trade investments, and governance with partners.
• Build strategic relationships with sub-distributor leadership and align cross-functional priorities.
• Provide market intelligence and support product launches and business development.
