Job summary

Maxx and Bruno Pet Nation Corp is seeking a field sales professional to develop veterinary and key accounts across the Philippines. You will achieve monthly and quarterly targets, build strong relationships with veterinarians, clinics, and animal hospitals, and drive growth with major partners and high-volume customers.

You will identify new accounts, conduct regular visits and product presentations, and present compelling benefits to professionals and buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Sales experience in veterinary or related sectors is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with veterinarians, veterinary clinics, and animal hospitals.
• Manage and grow assigned key accounts, including major pet shops, distributors, and high-volume customers.
• Identify and acquire new veterinary and key accounts.
• Conduct regular account visits, product presentations, and business reviews.
• Present product benefits and recommendations appropriate to veterinary professionals and key customers.
• Identify opportunities for increased product placement, sales volume, and account development.
• Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company promotions and sales programs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and field activity reports.
