Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management for consumer products.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling consumer financial products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with digital channels and/or project management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability of the Personal Loan product through product and process initiatives aligned with business strategies.
