Private Advertiser seeks an executive assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO in Manila. The role covers calendar management, travel coordination, meeting setup, and daily admin tasks across Mandarin, English, and Filipino/Tagalog.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely follow-up on action items, and participate in cross-department projects. Strong discretion and professional poise are essential.
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and daily administrative tasks.
Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
Prepare, review, and edit executive-level documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence in Chinese, English, and Filipino/Tagalog.
Attend executive meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely execution of CEO directives across departments.
Assist in cross-departmental coordination, project tracking, and special initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Support the CEO in government and regulatory affairs interactions, including PAGCOR, SEC, BIR, and other Philippine government agencies.
Facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking partners, investors, and stakeholders, providing real-time interpretation and translation as needed.
Manage VIP reception for visiting executives, partners, and government officials.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as directed by the CEO.
Nationality/Origin: Non-mainland China (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, or overseas Chinese preferred; Filipino-Chinese candidates highly desirable)
Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Fluent in Filipino/Tagalog (spoken and conversational). Candidates must be able to switch seamlessly between all three languages in a business context.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, CEO Assistant, or similar role, preferably in gaming, hospitality, finance, or multinational corporations.
Strong understanding of Philippine business culture, government relations, and regulatory environment is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
