We are a fast-growing online vehicle listing platform that helps automobile dealerships in the USA generate high-quality sales leads. As part of our expansion, we are seeking highly motivated, aggressive, and competitive CarZing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Summary:

As an CarZing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to automobile dealerships across the United States, selling subscriptions to our industry-leading vehicle listing website. You will need to be persuasive, relentless, and highly confident in your ability to close deals with experienced sales professionals.

This role offers an industry-leading compensation package that includes a strong base salary + a generous bonus incentive structure for top performers, with a combined package target of

Php 100k to 150k per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to automobile dealerships in the USA.
• Engage with dealership decision-makers, including Sales Managers, General Managers, and Internet Sales Directors.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close deals for our vehicle listing subscription service.
• Overcome objections and create urgency to drive immediate sign-ups.
• Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas and targets.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls, prospects, and sales in our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service to maximize retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience (preferably in a call center environment).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-performance sales role.
• Flawless spoken and written English with a confident and persuasive tone.
• Super aggressive, competitive, and money-driven—a true closer!
• Ability to sell to other highly experienced salespeople in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Familiarity with the US auto industry, online vehicle sales websites, or digital advertising is a huge plus.
• Experience using CRM software and dialer systems to manage outbound calls.
