Nowcom Global Services, LLC in the Philippines seeks a CarZing Sales Representative to drive outbound sales for US-based dealerships, selling subscriptions to our vehicle listing platform.

You will be a relentless closer, handling high-volume calls, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role offers a strong base salary plus generous bonus incentives and uncapped earning potential, with a monthly target of Php 100k–150k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience (preferably in a call center).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-performance role.
• Flawless spoken and written English with a confident and persuasive tone.
• Super aggressive, competitive, and money-driven - a true closer!
• Ability to sell to other highly experienced salespeople in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Familiarity with the US auto industry, online vehicle sales websites, or digital advertising is a plus.
• Experience using CRM software and dialer systems to manage outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to automobile dealerships in the USA.
• Engage with dealership decision-makers, including Sales Managers, General Managers, and Internet Sales Directors.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close deals for our vehicle listing subscription service.
• Overcome objections and create urgency to drive immediate sign-ups.
• Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas and targets.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls, prospects, and sales in our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service to maximize retention.
