About the role

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Perfume Sales Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Perfume Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building brand loyalty within the fragrance market. You will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service that converts prospects into loyal customers. This role is integral to our business objectives and offers you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional demeanour, creating a welcoming shopping experience




• Provide comprehensive product knowledge regarding perfume ranges, including scent profiles, ingredients, and application techniques




• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrance options




• Execute effective sales techniques to achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining ethical selling practices




• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments responsibly




• Maintain product displays, ensuring stock levels are adequate and merchandise is attractively presented




• Develop and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and build a loyal customer base




• Participate in promotional campaigns and product launches, actively promoting new fragrance collections




• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction




• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support collective sales goals

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods sector




• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels




• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly grasp and retain information about fragrance families and scent profiles




• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through persuasive selling techniques and customer relationship management




• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy




• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to maintain visual merchandising standards




• Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays as required
