As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, delivering exceptional service to discerning clientele in the luxury retail sector. Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised and attentive customer service to luxury retail clients, understanding their needs and preferences

• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate the value and features of luxury items

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

• Maintain an immaculate appearance of the retail space, including product displays and merchandise organisation

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
