Job summary

Tadhana Fragrances Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a counter associate who embodies the brand. You’ll sell through consultation, guide customers through twelve fragrances, and ensure testers and stock are ready each shift.

You will capture sign-ups, manage POS, and participate in pop-up events including weekends and occasional evenings outside Makati. Fluent English and Filipino are required, and you should be presentable and able to stand for shifts.

About the role

This role is the person customers meet. You are the brand at the counter. Sell through consultation, not pressure. Ask questions, read what someone is actually looking for, and guide them through the range until they find a scent that fits. Most customers who walk up have never bought a niche fragrance before. Your job is to make that easy, not intimidating.

Key responsibilities

• Sell through consultation by asking questions and guiding customers through the fragrance range

• Know the range by heart — twelve fragrances, their notes, how they wear, who they suit, and where the materials come from

• Hold the price and explain what the customer is paying for

• Hit daily and monthly sales targets with a clear commission structure

• Capture customer details, sign-ups, and notes on purchases and preferences, logged accurately every shift

• Run the counter — testers clean and filled, stock faced and counted, packaging stocked, POS balanced, daily sales reported before leaving

• Work pop-up events including setup, selling, and teardown on weekends and occasional evenings, sometimes outside Metro Manila

About you

• Fluent conversational Filipino and English

• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers, all day, without burning out

• Presentable and consistently well-groomed

• Available weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods — non-negotiable in retail

• Able to stand for a full shift and lift event materials

• Reliable with a phone for POS apps, customer sign-up forms, and group chat

• Comes to shift unscented — no personal fragrance, no smoking before or during shifts

• Honest with money, stock, and numbers

About us

Tadhana is a Filipino perfume house. We formulate and manufacture our own fragrances in Pasig and sell them through our own site, selected stockists overseas, and a small number of retail doors here. Every bottle is made by us, start to finish.

Benefits

• Base salary ₱20,000–₱24,000 per month, depending on experience

• 3% commission on personal sales at full retail price, paid monthly, no cap

• Customer sign-up bonus: ₱50 per complete buyer record, ₱25 per consented non-buyer record (capped at ₱3,000 per month)
