About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Supervisor to lead the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who enjoys supervising a team, driving results through data, and ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

You will supervise performance marketing specialists, oversee paid media campaigns, and ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals for growth, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Team Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise and guide the daily work of the performance marketing team
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are -met
• Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training to team members
• Support onboarding and skills development of new hires
• Escalate operational or performance issues to management when needed

2. Performance Marketing Execution

• Oversee the execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPA
• Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements

3. Paid Media Oversight

• Review campaign setups, targeting, creatives, and budgets for accuracy and effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to platform policies, brand guidelines, and best practices
• Approve routine optimizations and flag major changes for management approval

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Review and consolidate performance reports prepared by the team
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of data before submission to leadership
• Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities based on performance insights

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with creative, content, and web teams to support campaign needs
• Assist in working with external vendors or agencies as required
