Job summary

AIRR Labs is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to craft media strategy and guide campaign execution across paid channels. You will lead a small team of PMAs, shape media plans with the Media Lead, and ensure data-driven decisions drive optimizations.

The role requires 2+ years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with TikTok/Shop, Meta, and Google ads. Agency experience is a plus and leadership capabilities are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design media plans and strategy with the Media Lead.
• Oversee PMAs to ensure accurate media execution.
• Schedule and structure AB testing for PMAs.
• Execute media buys according to plan and strategy.
• Produce internal reports and support external stakeholder reporting.
• Improve operational processes with the Media Lead.
• Create wireframes and back recommendations with data support.

We\'re hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist | Philippines

A fast-growing performance marketing team is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help design media strategy, guide campaign execution, and turn data into decisions across paid media channels.

About the role:

• Works alongside the Media Lead and Performance Marketing Associates (PMAs) to design media plans and strategy


• Oversees PMAs to ensure media execution is accurate, on-strategy, and not limited to performance marketing campaigns alone

What you\'ll own:

• Media plan and strategy development, working closely with the Media Lead and PMAs


• Guidance and oversight of PMAs on regular campaign optimizations


• A/B testing schedules and structures for PMAs to execute


• Accurate execution of media buys against the plan and strategy set with the Performance Marketing Manager


• Internal reporting, plus support for PMAs on external stakeholder management and reporting


• Operational process improvements, in partnership with the Media Lead


• Wireframe creation, ensuring every structure and recommendation is backed by data


• Best practices and industry standards across all media executions

What you bring:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing Management


• Experience in full-funnel marketing with a specialization in performance marketing


• Experience in TikTok/Shop full-funnel ads (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion), Meta CPAS, and onsite ads on Lazada and Shopee


• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, media planning, and buying


• Strong data analytics and performance measurement skills, comfortable navigating complex datasets


• Active problem solver with strong presentation skills


• Analytical, creative, and resilient — with a proactive mindset toward campaign optimization and new strategies


• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to work with minimal supervision


• Certification in media planning or buying on TikTok, Meta, or Google


• Agency experience is a must (media agency background required)


• Media operations and stakeholder management experience


• Team management experience is a plus
