Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven digital marketing specialist to own paid social campaigns across META, YouTube, Google Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn and TikTok for B2C clients.

You will optimize content for compliance, monitor performance with analytics, and collaborate with sales teams and CRM tools like HubSpot and Zapier to streamline workflows and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, paid social or targeted advertising.
• Experience with Meta platforms (Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok) and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with the Higher Education sector is a plus.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.

Job description

Responsible for the delivery, optimization, and compliance of paid social media campaigns for our clients, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute multiple paid social media campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn & TikTok), primarily focused on Business-to-Consumer (B2C) audiences.
• Deliver and review content to ensure compliance with Universities, State policies, and standard procedures.
• Ensure correct imagery, appropriate length, and effective headlines for all campaign content.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign delivery and performance using analytics to drive decisions.
• Support CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zapier) to streamline campaign workflows.
• Provide post-campaign data and insights to sales teams and clients when requested.

Expectations:

• Deliver approximately 25 client campaigns per month (volume may vary depending on sales).
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate accountability, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, paid social, retargeting, or targeted advertising.
• Experience with META platforms (Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok), Google Ads, HubSpot, and Zapier.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Familiarity with the Higher Education sector.
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong time management, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver tasks and projects on time.
