Enable PH is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and success.

You will manage Meta Ads campaigns, analyze trends, and collaborate across product, sales, and creative teams to maximize ROI and brand impact. Remote options are not specified; on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in a digital marketing role (consumer electronics or lifestyle sectors preferred).
• Can report on-site 5 days/week.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience handling Meta Ads.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week (flextime).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital marketing tools for data analysis.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills and a strong passion for advertising. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products across various online platforms
• Manage Meta ads campaigns particularly, messaging ads to drive leads and conversions
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
• Ensure that all ad campaigns are cost effective and with healthy metrics from CTR, Cost per Messaging, Cost per Impressions, etc.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company's online

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field
• 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role (within the consumer electronics or lifestyle sectors - preferred but not required)
• Can report on-site 5 days/week
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling Meta Ads
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week (flextime)
• Knowledge in managing Meta Ads campaign, specifically, Messaging campaigns
• Experience in Meta – Traffic and Conversion ads but not required
• Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
