Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree in a relevant field and a passion for analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning, comfortable with numbers and data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and ability to use them to research, analyze, and automate tasks.
• Basic scripting/spreadsheet automation ability is a strong plus (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python).
• High curiosity and fast learning ability; able to work with minimal hand-holding and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA etc
• Help build and maintain catalogue-driven ad formats (Carousel, Collection) tied to our product feed
• Analyze campaign performance daily/weekly and translate the numbers into clear, actionable recommendations
• Identify manual, repetitive tasks in the campaign workflow and propose or build AI-assisted ways to automate them
• Work with CRM and analytics data to understand customer behavior across acquisition and retention funnels
• Assist in preparing performance summaries and insights for leadership reviews
• Collaborate with creative, CRM, and category teams to align campaigns with business priorities
