Job summary

ZALORA is hiring a fresh graduate for its Performance Marketing team in the Philippines. You will use AI tools to automate and speed up campaign work, from creative optimization to scripting small automation tools.

This role moves beyond posting ads to actively questioning data and driving improvements. Expect to work across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms, building automated processes, analyzing results, and collaborating with CRM and category teams to align campaigns with business

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning with data insight ability.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Basic scripting or automation ability is a plus (e.g., Python, Apps Script).
• Clear, structured communication and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
• Help build catalogue-driven ad formats tied to product feeds.
• Analyze daily/weekly performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose or build AI-assisted automations.
• Collaborate with CRM and analytics to understand acquisition and retention funnels.
