Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning; able to draw conclusions from data.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to research, analyze, write scripts, or automate tasks.
• Basic scripting or spreadsheet automation ability is a strong plus (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python).
• High curiosity and fast learning ability; minimal hand-holding needed.
• Clear, structured communication; able to explain data and recommendations simply.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA etc.
• Help build and maintain catalogue-driven ads formats tied to product feed.
• Analyze campaign performance daily/weekly and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify manual, repetitive tasks in campaign workflow and propose or build AI-assisted automation.
• Work with CRM and analytics data to understand customer behavior across acquisition and retention funnels.
• Assist in preparing performance summaries and insights for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with creative, CRM, and category teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
