The ideal candidate holds a marketing-related degree, has 1.5+ years in performance marketing, and is proficient with major ad platforms and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1.5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing (in-house or agency).
• Proficient in running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads.
• Familiarity with Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Looker for analytics and attribution.
• Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, CR metrics.
• Skilled in budget pacing, performance tracking, and data-driven campaign mgmt.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Leverage analytics and attribution tools to track full funnel performance and key metrics.
• Support A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing paths to improve results.
• Prepare regular performance reports, manage campaign budgets, and align with business targets.
