Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking a diligent Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and ASA in the Philippines. You will harness analytics tools to measure CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs, while supporting A/B tests and collaborating with creative and design teams for impact-driven results.

Ideal candidates have 1.5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, a degree in Marketing or related field, and strong budgeting and reporting skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 year of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proficient in running paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and Looker.
• Good understanding of KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, and CR.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, and others.
• Leverage analytics and attribution tools to track full funnel performance and cost efficiency.
• Support A/B testing for creatives and targeting to drive improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and manage campaign budgets.
