Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Marketing in the Philippines to lead multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels. You will own budgets, drive ROAS and LTV, and report insights to senior leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in digital marketing with at least 3 years in leadership, plus strong analytics and stakeholder management. A hybrid setup in the Philippines is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of digital/performance marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large digital budgets and delivering growth.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic channels.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliate and other channels.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and media investments to maximize ROAS and LTV.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Drive optimization across acquisition funnels, landing pages and conversion journeys.
• Lead attribution, measurement, and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign impact.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Brand, Sales, Data Analytics and other teams to drive growth.
• Test new channels, technologies, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing performance marketing team.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners and technology vendors.
• Stay current with industry trends, privacy regulations and best practices.
