PRIME Philippines is seeking a Performance Digital Marketing Head to steer the company’s digital growth strategy focused on performance marketing, lead generation, and measurable business results. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• At least 10 years in digital marketing, with emphasis on performance marketing and lead generation.
• At least 5 years in leadership or management.
• Strong experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
• Proven skills in lead generation, conversion optimization, analytics, and digital acquisition.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM systems, dashboards, and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead PRIME Philippines’ performance digital marketing strategy.
• Build digital acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Create campaigns for different business lines and client segments.
• Establish acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance and ROI.
• Lead a digital marketing team and manage external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brokerage, and Research teams on lead quality.
