Job summary

Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to administer and enhance our performance framework, including evaluation cycles, promotions, and talent reviews. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure fair, data-driven decisions and governance across performance and career progression programs.

In this role, you will develop analytics, dashboards, and reports for leadership, monitor ratings, support PIP processes, and help shape succession

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Performance Management or related HR functions.
• Experience supporting performance review cycles, promotions, and mobility programs.
• Experience handling PIPs and talent assessments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the performance management framework across the organization.
• Manage goal setting, midyear reviews, year-end evaluations, and calibration activities.
• Evaluate promotion requests and coordinate assessment processes and workflows.
• Review internal mobility requests and ensure alignment with policies and workforce planning.
• Facilitate PIP management, timelines, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Prepare reports and analytics to support talent decisions and governance.
• Support succession planning and development opportunities with data-driven insights.
• Develop dashboards and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
