Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Performance Management Partner in Manila to lead mid-year and end-of-year review cycles, including OKRs, with a strong focus on governance and data accuracy.

You will collaborate with the People team, GTS and Workday specialists to configure, test and launch performance workflows, while coordinating communications, timelines and stakeholder expectations across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, talent or related people processes.
• Experience in performance management cycles and annual reviews.
• Experience configuring and testing in Workday with IT/technical teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with completion statistics.
• Excellent written communication for varying audiences.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• High attention to data accuracy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-year and end-of-year performance review cycles with governance and planning.
• Develop and manage the annual performance process timetable and milestones.
• Configure, test and launch performance review processes in Workday with related teams.
• Own the communication plan, including launch materials, guidance and FAQs.
• Serve as central point of contact for queries and issue resolution.
• Monitor cycle progress, identify risks and follow-up needs.
• Produce dashboards and reports on completion statistics and trends.
• Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to ensure timelines and requirements.
• Ensure data quality and consistent employee experience across cycles.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience for future cycles.
