Job summary

East West Rural Bank, Inc. seeks a Performance Management Officer to oversee the performance management cycle, ensure its relevance to the bank's needs, and work with the People Development Team Leader to drive continuous improvement in performance processes.

You will draft and maintain job descriptions, monitor the execution of performance reviews, and help design development programs to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness across the bank.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Human Resource Management or Psychology or related field.
• At least two years of work experience in Performance Management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the performance management cycle and ensure its effectiveness.
• Draft and create employee Job Descriptions and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with People Development Team Leader on performance initiatives.
• Facilitate inquiries and incidents related to employee performance concerns.
• Participate in program conceptualization to promote team effectiveness.
• Monitor and document performance management and promotion activities.
• Support budget preparation and logistics for People Development events.
