You will monitor monthly department performance, administer bi-yearly performance appraisals, and participate in strategic planning while evaluating internal processes for efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of employee regularization process and validate actual performance of employees during their probationary appointment
• Monitor implementation of Individual Developmental Plan for probationary employees
• Monitor and evaluate the monthly performance of each department, section and employee
• Administer Employee Performance Appraisal Evaluation on a bi-yearly basis
• Formulate development programs based on the analysis of performance data
• Manage all activities related to regularization, lateral transfer, promotion, resignation and related employee movements
• Evaluate and recommend decisions on cases of infractions endorsed by line managers
• Manage employee profile database, 201 file employees, and other pertinent HR database
• Participate in strategic and operational planning activities of the company
• Analyze and evaluate current internal processes by initiating business efficiency studies
