Job summary

You will oversee base pay, variable bonuses, health insurance, and wellness initiatives; lead performance management cycles with KPIs or OKRs; and integrate pay-for-performance elements with merit pools and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on compensation, benefits, or performance systems.
• Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities; market pricing expertise; proficient HR software usage; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee base pay, variable bonuses, health insurance, and wellness programs.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting frameworks (KPIs/OKRs).
• Integrate pay-for-performance; connect performance ratings to salary increases and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal pay equity standards.
• Analyze labor market data; manage HR information systems; oversee benefit vendors.
